Privacy Policy
Catchable is an iOS app operated by TiddlyTech LLC (“we”, “us”). It shows where home runs land at Major League ballparks. This policy explains what information the app collects and how we use it. You can use Catchable without creating an account.
Information we collect
- Account information (optional). If you sign in, we receive your email address and a user ID. With Sign in with Apple, Apple may give us a private relay email address instead of your real one.
- Preferences. Your home ballpark, if you choose one.
- Subscriptions. Catchable Pro is sold through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to confirm your subscription. RevenueCat receives a random app user ID, or your account ID if you are signed in, along with which plan you bought and when. We never see your payment card or Apple ID details.
- Ticket link taps. When you tap a ticket link, we record the ballpark, section and game it was for, plus your user ID if you are signed in. This helps us see which links people use and lets us earn referral commissions. Tickets are sold by SeatGeek, and SeatGeek's privacy policy applies once you leave Catchable.
- Server logs. Our hosting providers keep standard logs, such as IP addresses and request times, for security and reliability.
What we don't do
- No advertising and no ad tracking.
- No third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
- We don't sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
- No access to your location, contacts, photos or other device data.
How we use information
We use it to sign you in, remember your preferences, unlock and restore Catchable Pro, keep the service secure and working, and understand which ticket links are used.
Service providers
- Supabase: database, sign-in and hosting.
- RevenueCat: subscription status.
- Apple: payments and Sign in with Apple.
- SeatGeek: ticket sales, only when you open a ticket link.
These providers process information on our behalf and only for these purposes.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep account information while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in the app: tap your profile icon at the top of the home screen, then Delete Account. This immediately deletes your account and your saved home park. Ticket-link taps you made while signed in are kept without your user ID. You can also email kevin@tiddlytech.com from the address on your account, and we'll delete it within 30 days. Apple and RevenueCat may keep purchase records they are required to keep for accounting or legal reasons.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. To cancel, go to Settings › your name › Subscriptions on your iPhone.
Your choices and rights
You can use Catchable without signing in. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to how we use it. Email us and we'll help.
Children
Catchable is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
